Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

LeadSpells (ABN 36 289 669 654) is a Melbourne-based digital agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you request a free audit we collect what you enter in the form: your name, business name, website, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number. If you book a demo, our booking provider collects the details you enter there. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.

Why we collect it

  • To prepare your audit and send it to you.
  • To reply to your questions and arrange a demo if you ask for one.
  • To contact you about our services where you have asked us to, or where the law allows.

To prepare an audit we also review information about your business that is already public, such as your website, Google Business Profile, reviews and social media pages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email, form, booking and hosting providers, and with members of our team who prepare audits and deliver services. Some of these providers and team members are located outside Australia.

Marketing messages

Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. We action unsubscribe requests within 5 business days, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

How we store it

We keep personal information in password-protected systems and limit access to people who need it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@leadspells.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, email hello@leadspells.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
